Welcome to our recently renovated apartment, where comfort meets tranquility. Nestled in a quiet area our apartment offers the perfect escape for discerning travelers seeking privacy and relaxation. This spacious apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped vintage kitchen, ideal for preparing gourmet meals with fresh local ingredients. The villa is equipped with air conditioning/heating, ensuring year-round comfort. Step outside to discover your own private oasis: a small private garden. Situated just a kilometer away from the beach, the apartment is a short drive away to the city center, where you can explore the local markets, the old town and much more.
I am a retired individual who resides with my wife in the two-storey residence we built 25 years ago, where we have lived continuously since its completion. After our daughter relocated abroad and I retired from my professional career a couple of years ago, we mutually decided to offer hospitality to new guests. We are enthusiastic about opening one floor of our villa to visitors.
