A cozy and modern apartment just 100m from Golem Beach, perfect for couples or families. Located on the 5th floor of a quiet and well-maintained complex (no elevator). Features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private balcony, and modern bathroom. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and local attractions.

The Freskia Complex is located in a quiet area of Golem, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The neighborhood offers shops, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. It’s ideal for relaxing walks and enjoying the Adriatic coast.
