Living for more than 30 years abroad in UK, we're a very dedicated couple and love the fact we accommodating guest in our country and our own Villa .

Property information

The Cape of Rodon Resort Green Village is located atop the hill with sea views. Hilltop Villa is on the hill and lovely views, surrounded by a lot of trees and flowers. The villa features a well maintained and spacious swimming pool. The 145m2 property also includes an outdoor patio terrace and garden area, paved with soft grass, outdoor furniture , sun lounges and a sea view. The rooms are big each have an en-suite, with super kingside beds and lovely views including sea views. Villa and Resort is located at Cape of Rodon most popular and historic place , at only 1.2 km from Villa is the St Anthony Church and same distance is Skanderbegs castle also being 35km from Mother Teresa Airport TIA (Tirana Airport). 45km from centre of Tirana and about 40 km from Durres and near historic Kruja town (Skanderbegs Museum and Kruja Castle) .Easy access to Bovilla Lake .

Very lovely Resort with a lot to see with nice restaurants nearby and being nearby beautiful beaches and cafes restaurants, very clear water beaches and lovely white sand beaches .
