The villa is located in a touristic complex. There are 17 villas in total. The villa has a private swimming pool and a private garden. The villa has two floors: the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The complex is located in a quiet area of ​​the touristic village. The beach and the promenade are 350 meters away. In the area there are many shops, bars and luxurious restaurants.
