The apartment is strategically located on the East side of Tirana at the crossroad from the city to Bunkart and to Dajti Mountain. Very spacious and bright apartment of 2 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Private parking available.
We are a young couple who live in the neighbourhood. We speak multiple language and are very outgoing. In our absence our parents will be available.
The neighbourhood is called Kinostudio and it was the center of movie productions during the Communist era. It is currently a fast developing area and hosts two private universities, the Ministry of Culture and also food safety and other state institutions. There are many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and so on on the vicinities. There is also a night club (Cavaliero) less then 5 min walking and usually operates on weekends. There are two main bus lines going to the city center, and two more going up to the mountain, to Dajti Teleferik and to Bunkart.
