    “The beach, restaurants, and shops are close by. There was air conditioning, a washing machine, and a smart TV. The owner helped immediately when it was needed (the electricity went out). Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation.”

Spacious apartment with two sea-view balconies overlooking the promenade and city pool. Just 5 minutes from the beach and city center—perfect for being near nightlife! Enjoy 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and elevator access in a safe, modern building. The best location to relax by day and explore by night.

The neighborhood is the heart of Durrës—safe, vibrant, and full of life. You’ll be just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach, the city center, and the lively “Vollga” promenade, perfect for seaside strolls, cafes, basketball and football courts free of charge and family fun. The area is surrounded by restaurants, shops, bakeries, and local markets. At night, head to “Currila,” one of the city’s top nightlife areas, known for its trendy bars and beachside lounges. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything you need is right outside your door.
