The apartment has a market downstairs , one of the best restaurants upstairs (in the terace) . But not only , because you are in the midle of vollga riviera and you are situated in the midle of shops , people , restaurants , historical monuments , bus stations , taxi stations , luxury shops and many other atractions. You can enjoy Durres in few steps or if you decide to stay at home you are welcomed because our apartment its equiped with 4k tv's in every room , cable channels , Netflix , playstation 4 with to many games , chess table , barbeque in the balcoon and so one .
