Our villa offers an elegant retreat by the Adriatic coast, combining modern design with warm hospitality. Each of the seven spacious rooms is thoughtfully appointed with contemporary furnishings, large windows, and private balconies or verandas that invite natural light and fresh sea air. Guests can unwind in the large outdoor pool surrounded by a tranquil garden with comfortable seating areas, perfect for relaxing afternoons or peaceful evenings under the stars. We take pride in the personal touches that make every stay special—from comfortable bedding and high-quality amenities to friendly assistance whenever you need it. Whether you are here for a romantic escape or a relaxing family holiday, our goal is to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Neighbourhood information

Our villa is set on the first line of villas in the charming touristic village of Qerret, just a minute’s walk from the sandy beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by tall, fragrant pine trees that create a fresh and relaxing atmosphere all around. Guests especially appreciate the peaceful setting and the easy access to the sea, where you can swim, sunbathe, or enjoy a drink at the waterfront cafes. The area has a unique combination of natural beauty and convenience, with small shops, restaurants, and local markets all within walking distance. It’s an ideal place to unwind, explore the coastline, and experience the warm hospitality of the Albanian Riviera.
