Company information

We are a hospitable family who have lived on this property for generations, immersed in a quiet and familiar environment. The apartments dedicated to guests are located on the second and third floors of one of the main buildings, while the rest of the family lives in the surrounding houses, creating a discreet but always available presence. The heart of our home is the shared courtyard, a large and safe space where children can play freely, socialize and spend happy moments in the open air.

Property information

The accommodations, suitable for couples and families or groups of friends, can accommodate up to 28 people, divided into 6 two-room apartments, each two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people. The property has a shared courtyard while each apartment has a private balcony. Car parking is free and private in front of the property. The apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the property WITHOUT LIFT.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in a strategic position, a few meters from the entrance to the Vlora motorway and the entrance to the Vlore Bypass, an important road artery that directly and efficiently connects the city with the capital Tirana and the whole of southern Albania, including the main tourist and commercial centers of the Ionian Riviera. The nearest beach is about 3km away while the city center is about 5km away.
