The Villa-Koka1 is located in the Tirana Country region .Being only 10-minute drive from airport and a short drive to shopping centres , restaurants, city centre , bars. Local cafes , supermarkets within walking distance. Modern kitchen is equipped with all your kitchen essentials including cooker/fridge/washing machine. The spacious bedroom has king bed, single bed with all associated bedding, towels , a large comfortable sofa and bathroom as well . Accommodation is non-smoking Access to balcony/garden Air-conditioning Smart Tv Free Wi Fi Free private parking
The neighbourhood is very middle-class . It is clean , very friendly , also safe at night and very quiet. Supermarkets are so close to the house , there is a bus stop if you need to go into town , as you cross the road there is a coffee shop as well.
