I am passionate about the sea and sea life. I use the property anytime I can and while not there I wish people can enjoy the bay area as I do.

Property information

A great place in the Lalzi Bay area in the Lura1 resort, within lot of green at 150m from the beach. Indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. A big roof terrace to enjoy the sky and as an additional dining area. Ideal for family vacation and remote working. The villa can host up to 2 families with 10 bed places available and more sofas. It provide free available parking place. Very close to multiple restaurants, mini-markets, playing fields and a swimming-pool.

Neighbourhood information

The Property is in a newly build village and nicely furnished. Is close to several facilities such as Gym, Restaurants, Bar/Caffe, Mini-Markets, Swimming Pool, Beach. In the area there are more places of interest in reach and within 15km. Castles, Lakes, River, Vineyards. Lalzit Bay is in close reach to the Capital City Tirana (30km) and the main second city of Albania, Durres at 20km.
