The apartment is located in central Yerevan, yet out of the main traffic and crowds in a quite neighbourhood.The uphill location in a greener area of the city is cooler in summer heat and has cleaner air. Enjoy the view of the of mount Ararat early in the morning and the lights on the Yerevan TV tower at night. A fruit garden with grapes reminds that you are in the country where the oldest signs of winemaking were found.Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or in the garden to the sound of birds chirping and be in the city centre for enjoying a brunch at the best cafes and restaurants that the city has to offer in a matter of 10-15 minutes. The air-conditioned apartment has three bedrooms with double beds comfortably sleeping 6 people. A spacious living room with a dining table, and a kitchen/eating area with a view of the garden both serve as great places to hang out after long days travelling around countryside. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, DVD player, music equipment. There is a modern bathroom and a separate toilet with a laundry space fitted out with a washing machine. A wood grill in the garden can be used to try your grilling skills.

The neighbourhood is quite, away from the crowds of the centre, but remaining conveniently close to the down town. There is a super-market nearby, which also offers take away dishes off the grill. There are several hotels at a walking distance, which also have restaurants if you are not in a mood to go to the bustling and noisy part of the centre.
