Balkonum luxury guest house is your private, picturesque and peaceful retreat only 20 minutes from Dilijan. The space: Sitting inside the tastefully decorated Balkonum guesthouse, you will rapidly feel at home away from your home. Boasting 3 master bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and balconies provide plenty options of comfortable accommodation for you and your friends. Functional and beautiful, the wide kitchen exude country style charm. Ample storage is cleverly concealed while front and center the free standing bench creates a stunning statement. Open living and dining areas welcome with luxurious decor. This is a space for relaxation and entertaining at your leisure. Complemented by a warm palette, the soaring ceilings with full height windows and a stone fireplace make our guesthouse a unique home to indulge with family and friends. Guest access: Our guests have access to the entire house over three floors and the entire outdoor areas including the wraparound balconies. Lower floor consists of home cinema, game room, cellar and guest toilet Ground floor consists of the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the fireplace, guest toilet, bedroom 1 with private en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, laundry room, vestibule and the wraparound balconies. First floor consists of the library, bedroom 2 with private en-suite and balcony, bedroom 3 with private en-suite and balcony + a large balcony overlooking the garden. Additional areas consists of outdoor seating, swing, bbq and outdoor oven facilities.

Located in Gosh, a historical village in the Tavush Province and 20 minutes drive from Dilijan, the village is named after Mkhitar Gosh who took part of the rebuilding of the Nor Ghetik Monastery during the 12th-13th centuries known as Goshavank. Balkonum luxury guest house is located about 1km from Goshavank. Having a car Is recommended to getting around and visiting other beautiful places of the Tavush Region such as Dilijan and Ijevan
