Welcome to comfortable apartment. This is rescheduled in a two-room apartment. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a 5 storey stone residential building. The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is decorated with comfortable built-in furniture. Installed air conditioning. Harmoniously selected furniture and decorated in bright colors the interior will provide you with the necessary comfort. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with kitchen, front balcony, massage shower, constant hot and cold water. There is an touch plate, washing machine, refrigerator, satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, WiFi. New repaired. Always welcome guests.
Address: Komitas 20. Nearby there is a park, around a plenty of round-the-clock restaurants, cafes and shops, "Rio" mall, a bus stop, in 5-10 minute walk the "Barekamutyun" metro station, You can order a taxi at an easy rate.
