House in Yerevan Spacious villa in Yerevan, 100 square meters, two bedrooms, large living room, hallway and bathroom. The entire territory is at the guests' disposal. At the same time, the house is provided only for one group of guests or one guest, despite the size of the area. Guests have a large balcony and a terrace. Thus, guests can feel at home.
We are glad to welcome guests from all over the world. Being familiar with the cultures and customs of different nations, we can support and help them in all matters.
Near Erebuni fortress, a big supermarket, David's Sasun railway station One of the peculiarities of the neighborhood is a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, although it is very close to the center and can be reached by car in Republic Square in five minutes.,,
