My spacious central Gyumri house has every single detail you need for your trip, crafted & recreated with care & affection. 1st level of this 2-story home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds for up to 7 guests. On the ground level, you'll find a unique bar, wine & game room. In addition to the indoor conveniences, there is an outdoor kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a veranda off the garage, bbq area in the backyard. Everything in the home is crafted by the owners with care & with the comfort of guests in mind.
Hi there and welcome to my page. I am excited to have the pleasure of hosting people from all over the world. I love traveling, meeting new people, and seeing new places. It does not matter if I travel alone or with family or friends, I do enjoy it. I speak English, Russian, and of course, Armenian. During your stay I am always available for your questions and queries! Happy to help out with anything you need in Gyumri. We are at the disposal of our guests: always available by phone, email or a text message. We are ready to socialize, but we also tend to be low profile if that's the preference of our guests. In any situation, we are here to assist you.
The Guest House is situated in the historic Kumayri neighborhood, where the city was founded in the 5th century B.C. It is the most culturally and historically significant part of Gyumri. Around 1,600 buildings and monuments can be found in the Kumayri District, spanning from Neoclassical to high-rise modernist architecture.
