Relax at our gorgeous modern 4 bedroom estate located in a sizeable isolated compound at the western edge of Yerevan city in a quiet neighbourhood in only 20 minutes drive from downtown.
Enjoy outdoor private swimming pool with night lighting, the centre of outdoor life and main attraction during the season. Manicured private garden with gorgeous lawn and trees will make your stay unique and can serve as an ideal place for picnic with family and friends. To make your time even more relaxing there are also a private sauna with indoor cold pool and American pool table in this premises.
The tasteful two-floor villa with a semi-basement is freshly renovated and naturally well-lit. Open plan oversized living area on the ground floor is combined with the kitchen and includes dining area, coffee corner at a panoramic window, and TV area with modern wood fireplace. Large fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with gas stove, fridge and freezer, dish washer, electric stove, multifunctional microwave stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender. A separate cosy bedroom (can be also used as an office) on the ground floor with a single bed can accommodate one guest. Full bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower and washing machine is also located on this floor.
A beautiful flying staircase in the middle of the ground floor will take you to the first floor of the villa. Master “wing” on this floor comprises a bedroom with queen-size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with toilet, double sink, walk-in shower and bath tub. The other two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, have large open wardrobes and a dedicated bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower. All three bedrooms as well as the master bathroom are equipped with extra-large roof windows which open a magnificent star view at night.
