The monoroom: small, but spacious. Bright and welcoming, recently equipped thinking on the wellbeing and comfort of your stay :) Ideal for any type of stay, for 1 or 2 people, it has a comfortable work space, excellent quality sommier and a large window with exit to internal balcony. Services to make yourself at home: Fully equipped kitchen (pot, pan, utensils and tableware) Electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator Full bathroom with bathtub, amenities Hairdryer with hair dryer Queen sommier, smart pillows (1 extra), linen (extra blanket), towels (4 sets) Wardrobe with mirror and drawer Wi Fi connectivity (high speed) TV with cable HD Air conditioning cold-heat Feel comfortable and enjoy our beautiful Rosario!!
We are two of five brothers and sisters who decided to become hosts. Luis work and Victoria study architecture. We both lovee traveling, enjoy to get out of a rut and have a pleasant time, know and learn from other customes and curiosities of every cultures in the world. That's why whem we don't travel in any vehicle, we read... and listen. Both of us share a beautiful feeling for the music. Luis play bass in a band, and Victoria... she has tried to play the piano. We also love singing, really bad by the way. We wish this undertaking take us to the many destinations we wish to discover!
The building is new, modern and is located in the most privileged area of downtown Rosario, a few meters from the waterfront, and blocks from Bv. Oroño and pedestrian Córdoba. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of gastronomic proposals, cultural sites, parks and walks. It facilitates mobility both on foot and access to public transport. Fast access and exit to bypass.
