Country house ideal for groups and families located in Altamira, just 15 minutes from Mercedes and Tomás Jofré. The property spans 10 hectares and includes a swimming pool and a spacious barbecue area. It is secluded from neighbors, and its proximity to the well-lit main road ensures safety. The house (160sqm/1722sqf) features three bedrooms (four single beds and one double bed), two bathrooms, a dining room with an industrial kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. Pets are allowed.
