We are a family-owned company which is working in the hotel and restaurant business since decades. With personal service, lots of engagement and love for the detail, we are welcoming all our guests and help them to have an unforgettable holiday experience. We are very much looking forward to your visit! Additional information: Non-smoker flats, no pets. Bread delivery service for breakfast on request. Parking space, washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available free of charge. The local tourist tax per adult person has to be paid directly in the location. In addition, we ask you to bring a credit card with you so that we can authorize a deposit of 150,- Euros on arrival for potential damages which you receive back at departure. Thank you!

Spend your holiday in our Kaburga Holiday Homes in Stubaital with a wonderful view to the Stubaier Glacier and the Serles mountain. Our lovely and renovated apartments are providing high class living comfort with separated bed rooms, the possibility for extra children beds, balcony or terrace, modern fully equipped kitchens, cosy living rooms and modern bathrooms. Our apartments are equipped in a new and modern style. Each flat has its individual touch and flair. The flats reach from 47m2 to 85m2 and have enough space for the whole family up to 5 individuals depending on which category you book. For active people we also offer different extra rooms out of the flat to store your skis and shoes, a construction site to, e.g., fix a bike and e-bikes for rent are near the location. In our garden you are invited to enjoy the sunny area and the large garden pond with bar and sunbeds in the middle of the surrounding mountains. On top, we even have a kids playground in our large garden area. OUR HIGHLIGHT: In our Lounge Bar Wine & more "Zum Tony" we offer next to a wide range of cocktails and wine specials also delicious daily meals and much more. Opening hours Tuesday - Saturday from 16-23 o'clock!
