Enjoy everything Liesingtal has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your Home away from Home gives you exclusive access to an entire House designed to allow you to live as a local. Near Anna's Cozy Home you will find the most important tourist attractions in Austria, the Steiermark area. You can go skiing at Präbichl Hohentauern or Schladming In winter, you can see the most important events that take place during the summer at the Redbull Ring, such as Formula 1, MotoGP, DTM, AirPower. You can visit the Mautern Zoo, you can visit the nearby lakes and mountains. It is also worth making a one-day visit to Graz, which is nearby. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a Television and internet access. There is one Bedroom in this house which contains a King Bed. WE have another Little Bed in the Kitchen that can ne use as Sofa or as a Bed. There is one Bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in Shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 15.00 PM and check-out is 11AM. You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive. - Smoking is not allowed INSIDE! - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Guests must be quiet between 20:00 and 07:00! - extra bed are available ,but will be charged!Our Property is very Clean.
