Luxury apartment (55m², 2 persons) in a quiet location in the center of Kirchberg . Only 6 km from the center of Kitzbühel. This holiday home in the Kitzbühel Alps is only a stone’s throw away from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the ski bus stop. With the free skibus the main gondola stations of the Kitzbüheler Alpen ski region can be reached in a couple of minutes. You won't need your car during your holiday. Layout: Bedroom with double bed, closets and access to the roof terrace. Beautifully furnished living room with dining table, couch, relax chair, large SMART-TV (Sat). Modern kitchen with combi-oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso cups + filter) and all necessary cooking utensils. Bathroom with bath, separate shower and washbasin. Separate toilet. Beautiful balcony with superb views complete with outdoor furniture and private roof terrace with sun chairs. Free high speed WiFi and private carport space. You will receive a guest card from us, with which you can use swimming pools and lakes in Kirchberg, Brixen and Westendorf free of charge.

Kirchberg in Tirol is located in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, only 6 kilometers from the world-famous town of Kitzbühel. In summer, Kirchbergn is a popular starting point for hikes and bike tours. In the immediate vicinity are well-known towns such as Kufstein, Rattenberg, Salzburg and Innsbruck with diverse range of excursion destinations. As Kirchberg is part of the KitzSki ski area, skiers will find limitless piste fun here in winter and some of the most modern lifts anywhere.
