Our newly renovated apartment offers you modern comfort and coziness on about 70 m².
The very well-equipped eat-in kitchen invites you to cook and relax. The apartment has a terrace, a bedroom and a living room/bedroom with a panoramic window offering a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The large bathroom with WC and a separate guest WC provide extra comfort. A ski locker is also at your disposal.
Our centrally located apartment is the ideal starting point for your vacation activities. The Obersee lake on the Staller Sattel is only 10 km away and is a highlight in both winter and summer. The bus stop is 300 m from the house and the bus takes you in just 5 minutes to the St. Jakob mountain railroads in Defereggen Valley - ski area in winter and ideal starting point for hikes in summer. The village center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Directly in front of the house you will find the entrance to the cross-country ski run.
