The location of the house is ideally suited to start beautiful hikes from here or to make day trips in the surrounding area. The Sunny Mountain adventure park directly at the mountain station of the cable cars in Kappl magically attracts children. On the mountains around Kappl they can play, laugh and romp around. Petting zoo, climbing ropes course, playground, summer tubing course etc. is just the thing for kids. As a day trip, a drive along the Silvretta Alpine Road, which runs through the middle of the Samnaun and Verwall groups, is a good idea. For mountain bikers and mountain enthusiasts there are numerous marked paths and routes. The swimming lake in Kappl offers cooling on hot summer days.
