**IMPORTANT 2025** THERE WILL BY LARGE NOISY BUILDING WORK DIRECTLY OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT WINDOW - THEREFORE THE APARTMENT IS OFFERED AT A SUBSTATNTIAL DISCOUNT. I purchased this flat as it was in a brilliant location 2 mins from the lake which you can just about see from the window and within walking distance of the town center and ski lift (5 mins) but not so near to it that you got the noise! The apartment also has an allocated parking space which is very important in Zell am See! I liked that flat that it was in a traditional Austrian building but divided into several privately owned flats. I have completely re-furbished the apartment including state of the art fold down beds! The apartment is comfortable for 2 adults but can accommodate a family of 5. 4 adults is also possible but it would be a bit of a squash! The matresses are a memory foam style and were new in January some guests find them quite soft. There is a private heated boot rack and ski storage area as well. **WE DO NOT OFFER THE SUMMERCARD** Parking is available in the immediate area some paid and some free depends on the time of year.

The local area is very friendly and there is so much to do you will have to come back for many years - i am still discovering things that i haven't done and i have been here for 20 years! If you are coming to ski the best lift pass to get is the supersalzburg lift pass then you can ski in 22 resorts for not much more than the standard pass. There are loads of resorts within a 45 minute drive.
