The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift) and it comes with a kitchenette+seating&dining area and a bedroom. The kitchen is practically equipped with a fridge, microwave and stovetop as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Sports equipment can be stored in private cellar storage. From the flat one may enjoy views of the surrounding forest and mountains. The apartment is surrounded by a forest, so expect crisp, fresh air and bird chirping early in the morning, and you may hear the nearby small waterfall. You can park your car directly next to the house.
The beach can be reached on a steep forest path in 15-20 minutes. The apartment has a free car parking space as well as a beautiful shared garden with stunning views of the lake and its surroundings. The distance to the ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim is 20 km.
