Our apartment is furnished with great care and includes an Emma mattress, a ventilation system, and a private entrance! It is located very close to Salzburg. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and the bus takes you to the city center of Salzburg in 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find the Grünauerhof and Hotel Königgut, both within walking distance and offering culinary delights. Two playgrounds are also located nearby. Please note: We are not a hotel! We have a small apartment that is taken care of with a lot of love! ❤️ So please leave the apartment tidy! Thank you!
My name is Regina. I have been married for almost 10 years and have three wonderful children. I work part-time and enjoy spending my free time in nature with my children and my husband, Sebastian. :)
We live directly above the apartment and have three children! From the terrace (about 16m²), you have a direct view of our garden (a privacy screen is installed), and you can often hear the birds singing there. 🐦 In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find places to eat, playgrounds to visit, or take a walk in the woods. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from us. You can park directly at the accommodation. There are two parking spaces (about 3x10m) behind the carport. From there, you can reach the apartment via the stairs, which offers a view of the garden.
