Property information

You will feel at home in the Kaufmann apartment. We have 2 apartments, of which our Panorama apartment (for up to 10 people) will be bookable from December 2025. Thanks to our perfect location on the edge of the village, it is quiet, and the village center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and the train station in 10 minutes. In winter, the ski bus stop is only 50 meters away, and you can easily reach the Alpenrosenbahn, the entrance to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. The cross-country ski run is right in front of the house. In summer, you can start cycling right away, as the bike path around the Hohe Salve passes by us. With our E-bikes (for a fee), you are well-equipped for every outing. Of course, there is a lockable storage space for skis and bicycles available. Convince yourself, as not only was attention paid to an appealing design, but also to environmental friendliness, thanks to a heat pump in combination with a photovoltaic system. In front of the house, you will find a play and sitting area where you can enjoy the view of our local mountain, the Choralpe. You will feel completely comfortable in our apartments. In our newly renovated "Chor Apartment," tradition meets modernity over approximately 55 m². From the spacious living room with a panoramic window, you can gaze at the mountains. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a garden reserved only for its residents. Our "Panorama Apartment," with just over 110 m², is ideal for up to 10 people. 6 adults and up to 4 children can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. On the terrace on the southeast side, you can see the Choralpe and enjoy your breakfast in the sun. Additionally, there is another balcony accessible from the 3 bedrooms. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
