My mother Birgit and I, Romana, manage these apartments in the heart of Schladming. We are both very devoted to our stunning region, whether on ski, the bike or by foot - on top of the mountain or down in the valley. We also enjoy visiting our nice festivals and other events in town.

Our two apartments constitute the perfect base for a relaxed car-free winter and summer vacation. Each apartment has its own entrance with a boot dryer and ski racks. They also hold an infrared cabin, WIFI, TV, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, eat-in kitchen and a delicious bread service in the morning, Sommercard-Your free admission to over 100 attractions

Neighbourhood information

The perfect base for your vacation, close not only to all activities in the region but also to the beautiful historic center of Schladming. Schladming is located in the midst of the Ski Amadé region and offers unlimited ski pleasure with 230 kilometres of slopes and 85 modern cable cars and chairlifts. The region also includes the 4-mountain-ski-link, the Dachstein glacier. Whether you prefer gentler nature experiences or you are drawn by the high peaks - as you explore the hiking paths of the Schladming-Dachstein region, you are certain to discover one destined to become your all-time personal favorite.
