Our lovely and modern apartment Rosa in Patergassen, has great mountain views. The flat has 2 bedrooms, free excellent WIFI, a kitchen, a living room, nice rain shower, ski boot dryer, spacious balcony, separate toilet, private parking with space for a car plus bikes and plenty of parking space outside. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains and enjoy a lovely sun in the afternoon. The village of Patergassen is a stone's throw from Bad Kleinkirchheim. Near the apartment, you can enjoy fantastic skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing. In 6 minutes you are at the ski lift of ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim with more than 100 kilometres of slopes. The child-oriented Heidi Alm ski area is 8 minutes away. And in 15 minutes you can visit the Turracher Höhe or Hochrindl ski area. With the Top Ski Pass, you can use all ski areas in the area. In summer, you can enjoy hiking, cycling and swimming in Bad Kleinkirchheim's lakes or thermal baths. Bad Kleinkirchheim's golf course is 3 minutes from our apartment. The nearest airports are Klagenfurt, Salzburg and Ljubljana.
We, Anouk and Erik, completely renovated our apartment in 2022. Now it is a nice place to relax and enjoy the mountain views. We love skiing, swimming, cycling and hiking which is perfectly possible in the beautiful surroundings here. You can make beautiful trips into Carinthia from the apartment, but Italy and Slovenia are also easy to reach with our apartment as a base. Also a nice hiking trail starts directly behind the apartment.
In Patergassen you will find a bakery, a hair salon, a bank, a large supermarket Billa and a pizza place. A few minutes away in Gnesau, Ebene Reichenau or Bad Kleinkirchheim you will find more restaurants and Gasthofs. Bad Kleinkirchheim's extensive golf course is 3 minutes away. In Bad Kleinkirchheim you will also find 2 thermal spas for a day of relaxation. In winter, the area offers excellent skiing and snowboarding. Nearby you will find ski resorts Bad Kleinkirchheim & St. Oswald (100km slopes), Turracher Höhe (42km slopes), Hochrindl (20km slopes), Falkert Heidi Alm (11km slopes) and Gerlitzen (60km slopes). All a short distance from apartment Rosa. In summer, you can take several nearby skiing-lifts up the mountain for a nice hike. On the mountain, children will find fun playgrounds, climbing parks and more. There are also 2 summer toboggan runs nearby; the Kaiserburg Bob and the Nocky Flitzer. Nearby, you can do water sports on the Brennsee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See or Afritzer See. With the Kärnten card you make lots of trips for free or at a discount.
