Hello, I am Dirk, I have worked for many years together with my wife Pia as a tour operator Pia and Dirk and rent apartments, chalets, pensions and hotels. If you have any questions, we are gladly available for you by phone. We ask for the following rules: 1) arrival 16 - 20 clock, an arrival after 20 clock we charge with 10 Euro, arrival after 22 clock with 20 Euro, arrival after 24 clock 100 Euro. 2) Departure until 9 o'clock, later departure is possible on request, costs 50% daily rate. 3) We ask the kitchen to leave cleaned, all dishes, cleaned verräumt in the closet, all electrical appliances including stove and oven cleaned. Additional cleaning will be charged. 4) All garbage must be sorted into the available containers. The disposal of unsorted garbage will be charged 0,50 Euro per kg.

Our apartment house is sunny and quiet in the center of Stumm. Inns, restaurants, shops and the supermarket nearby. Ski bus stop 50m from the house, ski Kaltenbach / Hochfügen 1km.
