This detached large holiday home/chalet for a maximum of 18 people is located in Mauterndorf in Lungau in the UNESCO Biosphere Park Salzburger Lungau in Salzburgerland, directly in the Grosseck-Speiereck-Mauterndorf ski area and on the Grosseck-Speiereck adventure mountain. The holiday home offers a large living-dining room with seating area and a large dining table for 18 people, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 7 spacious bedrooms (2 with bathroom en-suite, 1 with an extra bunk bed and 3 with an extra sofa bed for either 1 person or 2 people) and 2 additional bathrooms. The house also has a lounge with sauna, a shower and deck chairs, a ski storage room, washing machine and dryer and a total of 5 parking spaces. The garden can also be used. The holiday home is quietly and idyllically located on the edge of Mauterndorf. This house is directly connected to the center and the Grosseck / Speiereck / Mauterndorf ski area with 50 kilometers of slopes via a hiking trail. By car you can reach the ski areas of Obertauern with 100 kilometers of slopes, Fanningberg / Mariapfarr with 30 kilometers of slopes and Katschberg with 80 kilometers of slopes in about 15-20 minutes. In summer, Mauterndorf and the entire Lungau holiday region also have a lot to offer active vacationers with various hiking routes, varied cycling and mountain bike tours, the famous Taurachbahn and the Lungau/Katschberg golf club. There is pure bathing fun in the Mauterndorf adventure pool, at the Trogalmsee or at the Schlierersee. There are enough shops for daily needs right in the town, as well as a good selection of restaurants.
