Murau has a lot to offer in every season and has not yet been overrun by tourists. Here, you can still experience the authentic Styrian charm. Our cottage accommodates 9 people (8 adults) with 4 bedrooms, including 2 interconnected ones. There are 2 bathrooms equipped with experience showers. Additionally, one bathroom features a jacuzzi and infrared sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the terrace with a whirlpool, you have a stunning panoramic view. Two parking spaces are available at the house.

When we lived in Vienna, Murau was our favorite retreat in both summer and winter. When the opportunity arose in 2021 to acquire this holiday home, we didn't hesitate. We don't just rent out our beautiful chalet to guests, but we also enjoy visiting it ourselves regularly.

Murau has a lot to offer in every season and has not yet been overrun by tourists. Here, you can still experience the authentic Styrian charm. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Kreischberg ski area (42 km of slopes; 2100m) is about a 5-minute drive away. This family-friendly ski area caters to both experienced and novice skiers. Additionally, there are plenty of other ski areas nearby, including Obertauern, Turracher Höhe, Katschberg, and Lachtal. In summer, it's also delightful. The cottage faces south, providing sun worshippers ample opportunities to enjoy it. For more active holidaymakers, there are beautiful cycling routes (also for mountain bikers), hiking trails, mountain climbs, or rafting on the Mur River. Less risky sports can also be enjoyed. There's a tennis court next to the park, and a beautiful 18-hole golf course is located 5 km away. In short, there's never a dull moment here.
