Our newly renovated Chalet Carina (April–June 2025) in Zell am See accommodates up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms and free parking right at the doorstep. Located just about 50 meters from ski slope no. 7 (Zeller Skiweg) – almost ski-in/ski-out! The perfect base for an unforgettable ski holiday or active hiking adventures in the mountains.

Our Chalet Carina is located in an idyllic, quiet setting in the Schmittental valley, right next to ski slope no. 7 (Zeller Skiweg) on the Schmittenhöhe mountain. Several excellent restaurants, such as Flo's Restaurant, are just a short walk away in the Schmittental. Supermarkets can be found in the center of Zell am See, approximately 1.2 kilometers away.
