The house is one of the oldest villas in the district "Hochinnsbruck".The house was fully renovated according his style and character. It has 3 storeys and is devided into 2 apartments.
The neighbourhood and district is called by locals "Hungerburg" and is one of the highly coveted areas to live in Innsbruck. It is quiet and has great views over Innsbruck und the valleys. There is a metro to down-town and also to mountain-peak.
