Elegantly furnished apartment in central location. It is located in a residential- and office building on the 2nd Floor. A grocery store is located on the ground floor. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, plate grill and electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a dining area for 2 people. An easy-to-use cabinet bed invites you to stay overnight. There is also a comfortable sofa, radio and a flat screen TV in the apartment. The bathroom with a shower and toilet, a storage room with washing machine and laundry stand complete the apartment. By the way, it is a non-smoking apartment. The underground car park inhouse is included in the price .
We travel a lot and like to welcome guests who visits Graz
Graz is the capitol from Styria the 'green heart' of Austria. Graz is proud for the southern flair and offer the guests a lot of events like 'Steirischer Herbst' , La strada , Jazzsummer .... Our apartment is in the city centre. Sights like the 'Grazer Schloßberg with the Uhrturm' , the 'Acconci Insel' ,'Das Kunsthaus' and a lot of other sights are within a walking distance. A grocery is in the house and shoppings malls are not far away.
