INTERNATIONAL + NEAR DOWNTOWN + AT BEACH ("OLD DANUBE") The apartment is located 50 meter distance from the subway station U1 and thus in absolute traffic-technical center proximity. Total time to the City center (Stephansplatz): max 10 minutes At the same time, the location is outstanding for recreational value: directly adjacent sports and recreational area: Sport and recreational paradise "Old Danube" with public pools and beach 5 minutes walking distance from the Apartment.
Public transportation: The apartment is located approx. 50 m from the U1 subway station “Alte Donau”. Travel time to Stephansplatz (Vienna center) approx. 10 minutes. Parking a car: - Long-term parking....along Kratochwjlestrasse in the area of ​​the apartment there are parking spaces across the road. These are available free of charge but limited in number. First come - first served. If you plan to park for a longer period of time, you should look into getting such a parking space. - Short-term parking......along Kratochwjlestrasse there is a short-term parking zone from Monday morning to Saturday lunchtime, ie pay with parking ticket or cell phone parking. From Saturday lunchtime to Monday morning you can also park there free of charge. As an alternative, there is secure parking (barriers at entry and exit) directly next to the apartment in the UNO City sports area. The entrance is on Arbeiterstrandbadstrasse right next to Kratochwjlestrasse (next to U1 station). The exit leads to Kratochwjlestrasse. When you drive in you will receive a chip, which will be used to determine the parking fee when you leave the chip machine.
