Our CT-GOLD Apartments - Villach Malina consist of 8 apartments and they were opened in August 2021.

Property information

Our apartments are modern and equipped with high quality furniture. Throughout the apartment you will find golden accents. They each have 2 bedrooms with a 5-star double box spring bed (king size) for excellent sleeping comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and a dining area. In the living area there is a pull-out sofa bed (for max. 2 more people) and a flat-screen smart TV with SAT. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower with shower gel / soap, towels, a hairdryer, a washing machine and ironing facilities. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating for parquet and tile floor. A vacuum cleaner is also available for your free use in each apartment. The apartment has a terrace or balcony where smoking is allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

CT-GOLD Apartments - Villach Malina are located in Villach in Carinthia, close to Villach Alpenarena and Thermal Spa Villach-Warmbad. The apartments were newly built and opened in September 2021. Free private parking (8x covered /2x free) is available for our guests.
