This is a newly built modern luxury house. We have three apartments in the building: one is 65 m2, there are a living room with diner and kitchen and two bedrooms. It has got 6 bed. Next to other flat it is 61 m2, there are a living room with diner and kitchen and a bedroom. It has got 4 bed. Last one a 38 m2, there are a living room with diner and kitchen and a bedroom. It has got 4 bed too. If you necessary baby cot we have it.Near here the city center, yet calm area, situated in the beautiful view of the building. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee-tea maker, dishes, cutlery, dishtowels. Bathroom has towels, hair dryer, bath with shower. In the living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, WIFI, HD Smart TV to ensure your relaxing vacation. We have ski storege. The car parking is free. This building is in the little city that is name Gröbming. The main road (Haupstrasse) it is 300 meter from the house. There is many shops and restaurants, bank etc..
I am a father of four children. I like the nature, the mountains, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, nature photography.
Gröbming is lying above the valley of Enns at the height of 700 m. This place has its individual microclimate therefore the atmosphere and water are very clean. From the house the Panorama Bath is 200 meters away, town-center, shops, bank, pubs, mini golf, cinema and very good cafe, church are 300 meters away. Hauser Kaibling skilift (Schladming Ski Amade) 8 kms away, Adventure park and Zipline (The Zipline Stoderzinken makes it experiencable in an absolutely new way. In a safe harness – on a facility unique in Europe. In gorgeous surroundings – on THE panoramic mountain in the region Schladming – Dachstein. Live your dream of flying) 5 kms away, Stoderzinken 10 kms away from our apartments. There are hiking and biking routes with different dificulties from beginner to professional levels. You can enjoy raffting, parachuting in a really marvelous area, surrounded by mountains.
