This means that our ALPINE VIEW APARTMENTS make an ideal base for skiers for whom one ski resort isn’t enough! In winter, Niedernsill really comes into its own as the quintessential charming alpine village. The dreamlike winter landscape is an astonishing sight, while also offering a unique winter experience. Winter holidays in the Alps don’t get much more idyllic than this! The idyllic national park village of Niedernsill lies in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps and High Tauern mountains, and is an ideal holiday destination for those who like active recreation, along with cyclists, hikers and families. Numerous popular excursion destinations, such as the Großglockner High Alpine Road or the Krimml Waterfalls, are just a short journey away by car or via the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn, a narrow-gauge railway. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the Niedernsill natural swimming lake!

There’s plenty of space for families, too: each of our apartments has an area of 100 square metres and offers several separate bedrooms with their own terrace or balcony. The furnishings combine traditional comfort with modern requirements. Sofa beds and fully-equipped kitchens are the icing on the cake, making our apartments versatile and perfectly tailored to your individual needs.
