Haus Zedlacher is located in the quiet village of Patergassen, in the heart of Carinthia. Only a few minutes drive from the famous spa town of Bad Kleinkirchheim, it is the ideal base for those seeking nature, peace and quiet as well as adventure. Our accommodation is in a sunny and quiet location, surrounded by mountains, forests and meadows. Right next to the house flows a babbling river.

Apartment Zedlacher is a very spacious and comfortable apartment, perfect for families or small groups. It has plenty of sleeping accommodation, a cosy dining and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a warm, homely interior. As an extra, this apartment has a washing machine. Enjoy the mountain views from your private wrap-around balcony and relax after a day in the great outdoors.
