Property information

The Ferienhaus Kaltenbrunn is very spacious and therefore it is ideal for the whole family or a group of friends (250m²). Some furniture is handmade and the original wooden floors as well as the stairs lend the house a rustic but also cosy atmosphere, that a comfortable stay is possible. The Ferienhaus Kaltenbrunn is not far from the Hartkaiserbahn (only 300 m) and also the famous doctor°s practice from the Bergdoktor is in the near (also about 300m). The restaurants „Gasthof Au“ and „Bettina“ are only a few minutes away. The centre of Ellmau can be reached after approx. 500 meters and offers a variety of options for doing your daily shopping. There are also a number of grocery and clothing stores, bars and restaurants.
