Our neat (Non smoking) cottage has 50m² living space and offers enough space for up to 4 people. Divided into a 30m² living room with integrated kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and so on. This living room is also equipped with a big couch and is used as needed as a second bedroom. Furthermore, our Ferienhaus has a separate bedroom with double bed, a large bathroom with washing machine and toilet. Our house invites you to linger in a small flowered garden and a cozy terrace. A barbecue is also available for our guests. Also a private parking. We also offer satellite TV and internet access. A pellet stove provides warmth even in winter, in addition to central heating. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the main train station, the old town of Villach including its bars, cafes and restaurants. In the closest neighborhood there is also an excellent inn and a few small shops. Also, the bike path is located in front of our garden door and offers our guests the opportunity to use the "Alpe Adria Trail" extensively.

We are a host family and our hobby is traveling. We are happy if our holiday home is a cozy travel accommodation for others and our beautiful region with all its facets can be visited by many different people. Our guests should be comfortable and able to live at moderate prices.

Our house is located right in the center of Villach- in the district of Lind. Despite the central location we offer our guests a break in a small holiday house with bright and friendly rooms and including a beautiful terrace and a flowery-colored garden. Holidays in Villach offers much more: Our neighboring countries Italy and Slowenigen are 20 minutes away by car and certainly interesting for a trip. Also a long-distance bus of the railway is offered for a day trip to Venice very reasonably priced, the bus station in 5 minutes to reach. Our downtown offers a lot of program for lovers of culture especially in the summer months. (Guided city tours, a thrilling museum, open-air events, music concerts right on the Drava, boat trips with program, and much more. Even for recreational athletes are the offers very diverse-top modern mountain bike downhill trails nearby, bike paths, hiking on the mountain, paragliding, windsurfing, boat trips, tennis, swimming, swimming, relax. Also for business travelers we are interesting as accommodation and offer everything necessary in the immediate vicinity of the house.
