This approximately 40 sqm apartment is ideally suited for 2 to 3 people and is distinguished by its own entrance, an anteroom, and a practical storage room. In the cozy living room, a sofa bed invites you to relax while you enjoy movies on the large flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchenette with electric stove, oven, microwave, and more, next to which there is a welcoming dining area, completes the offer.
