This newly renovated 2-room vacation apartment is part of the apartment complex Haus Strasserin 28 in Königsleiten and is located directly at the Märchenwaldlift. From here you can enter the largest ski area in the Zillertal, the Zillertal Arena, within a few minutes. The apartment Strasserin 28 / Top 36 with north-facing balcony scores with families with the bedroom which has a double bed and a bunk bed with pull-out function, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. The predominantly in old wood held interior creates coziness, which by a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom quite tempt the nearby restaurants for at least one evening to stay away in favor of your own four walls.

In summer you can enjoy a hearty breakfast on the sunny terrace to start the day in style. Then you can head out and explore this majestic mountain landscape. It's the perfect environment for both relaxation and adventure, with plenty of hiking trails and biking routes to choose from. You can also catch a ride on the Dorfbahn lift to get higher up the mountain so you can enjoy a walk through the Alpine meadows. Little ones will also love this part of Austria, with plenty to keep them occupied. Take them to the Sparrebos Castle where they can play and clamber for hours at a time. The Durlaβboden Reservoir is also nearby, offering a superb spot for a bit of swimming, surfing, sailing and rowing.
