Die Wohnanlage wurde 2022 fertig erstellt und ich habe die Wohnung im April 2022 vom Bauträger direkt übernommen und komplett neu eingerichtet. Eine voll ausgestattet Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Filtewrkaffe und Nespresso Maschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster,.... Neben der Couch befindet sich auch ein neuer Samsung Smart TV mit Lan-Kabel od. W-Lan Verbindung. Die Ferienwohnung ist der Straße abgeneigten Seite und deshalb sehr ruhig. Ein eigener überdachter Parkplatz ist bei der Ferienwohnung dabei. Zu Fuß gehen sie über die Linzerstraße nur wenige Minuten zum See und ins Stadtzentrum. Geschäfte, Apotheke, Bank, Arzt, Traffic, Bäcker sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ich wünsche ihnen einen schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt in der neuen Ferienwohnung Mühlwang.
Mein Name ist Andreas Gattinger, bin in Gmunden geboren und aufgewachsen. Ich besuchte die HTL für Maschinenbau und Betriebstechnik in Vöcklabruck und anaschließend die TU Graz für Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau. Aktuell bin ich bei einem großen Börsennotierten Unternehmen im Großraum Wels tätig und vermiete die Ferienwohnung nebenberuflich. Ich stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, und wünsche Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Gmunden am Traunsee - Salzkammergut.
