Comfortable apartment for a maximum of 4 people (including children and infants) in Bodensdorf. The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. It has spacious, newly furnished rooms in which you will find free wireless LAN. There is an open kitchen with all the appliances you are looking for. The living room has a flatscreen television as well as a blue ray DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An absolutely unique feature in this apartment is that all bedrooms have their own bathrooms! The master bedroom has a double bed (160cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm). All bathrooms have a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. All rooms include spectacular lake views! You can safely store your bicycles or ski equipment in the private cellar storage room.
SUMMER: In summer, the area is a real paradise for the whole family. There are a variety of sport activities like watersports, hiking, cycling, rafting, para-gliding, summer tobogganing and much more. You can also take a lot of exciting trips within Carinthia without long car rides. The Landskron castle with the eagle show and the monkey mountain could also be a place of interest. Or how about a day trip to neighboring countries Italy or Slovenia? WINTER: In winter, the apartment is an excellent starting point for your skiing holidays. The closest ski resort is Gerlitzen (8 minute drive to the lift) and is suitable for beginners and advanced skiers. Besides Gerlitzen there are several other ski resorts nearby. To relax in the evening after a day of skiing, you can visit the ‚Kärnten Therme‘, a spa area with thermal water (20 minutes by car).
SURROUNDING AREA: The apartment is very close to Lake Ossiach and the next beach with all facilities and activities is about a 10 minute walk. The previously mentioned skiing and hiking resort Gerlitzen is less then 10 minutes by car. Here you will find everything you need for an active and comfortable winter/summer vacation! In winter you can also commute with the free ski bus which will stop at the supermarket SPAR – only 5 minutes by foot from the apartment. Within walking distance from the apartment you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and also the tourist office. TRANSPORT CONNECTION: Parking is available next to the apartment. Public transport by bus (5 minutes by foot) or by train (8 minutes by foot) is also close.
