Property information

Completed in October 2014, this modern office and residential building was designed by the owner with great effort and attention to detail. The building has a total of 5 residential units on the ground floor and first floor. The building has underground parking with heated driveway, lift, spacious cellar compartments and in-house wine cellar for all house parties. It is situated in an absolutely quiet location between a forest and a large meadow in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the Hartkaiserbahn cable car, from here you can access the entire Wilder Kaiser Ski World. In addition, there are many other leisure facilities nearby, such as cross-country skiing trails, a 27-hole golf course, bathing lakes and a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The village centre of Ellmau can be reached comfortably in 10 minutes on foot. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the surrounding villages such as Scheffau, Going, St. Johann and Kitzbühel
