This beautiful semi-detached house over two floors offers everything you need for a comfortable and nature-inspired home on 87m². The peaceful location in an idyllic setting, combined with a spacious garden, a nearby lake, and an adjacent nature reserve, creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding.
**Upper Floor:**
The bedroom on the upper floor is a true highlight, equipped with a comfortable box spring bed for two people and a huge wardrobe. The spacious bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower, as well as underfloor heating to provide maximum comfort.
**Ground Floor:**
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living and dining area that offers plenty of space for togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – here you'll find a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
