Enjoy an idyllic stay in our holiday apartment, nestled on a small hill with breathtaking views of Abtenau and the surrounding mountains. The tranquility of our location combined with the proximity to the town center, which can be reached in just 5 minutes via a scenic footpath, makes our house the ideal starting point for your holiday. Here, you'll find the perfect mix of rural seclusion and easy accessibility to local amenities. Our cozy apartment accommodates 2-4 people across approximately 50 m². It features two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a terrace from which you can enjoy the spectacular view of the village and the mountains. A crib and high chair are available for our smallest guests upon request. The apartment is also equipped with a kitchenette including a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, a comfortable dining area, and a small flat-screen TV. Bed linen, hand and dish towels, Wi-Fi, and a parking space directly at the house are freely available. The outdoor area offers two terraces with garden furniture and a sun umbrella for you to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and picturesque views. A children's swing is available for our little guests. The property's close-to-nature setting may even allow you the chance to observe wildlife in the adjoining meadow. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes right from the doorstep and is pleasantly close to ski slopes, cross-country trails, and recreational facilities, all within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
